Time Matters A Lot!

You can leverage on it to make your decisions!

There are times we turn down business proposals not because the proposal doesn't look good enough for us but because the timing is wrong! At that moment, it doesn't align with our goals, purposes, and fulfillment.

I got a partnership proposal a few weeks back on LinkedIn which I would have naturally accepted and gladly work on. I knew my response was gonna be 'no' but I kept delaying my response for weeks with the hope that I can say 'yes'. You know that feeling..where you think delaying your response will change things 😀

So, I thought about it a lot and still gave the same response I originally knew I was gonna give which is 'no' even though I desired to say yes. Don't tell me you are thinking I just said a simple 'no', come on, give me some credits here. I am keeping it simple so I don't bore you with the details. 😜

Why say no? Because it would have been 'killing' to accept the proposal at a time when I know it doesn't align with my goals and purpose.

LESSONS
Saying 'no' is not always bad.

Learn to say no and know when to say no.

Most importantly, always work with the time and know what is best for you.

Your goals matter a lot!
